There has been a lot of volume and a nice price move last few weeks. Imagine if real news should follow- I can see a 5 bagger to 10 bagger easily for nsrs. I can't imagine past or new management does not want to take on this ticker for a nice news/promo effort because it really seems to move easily with so many people in at much higher prices.
