Lack of recurring service revenue.

They need to push the vendors/bottlers to get their machines on their network for online monitoring.

I also want to see the details of the M/C deal. Doesn't seem like they are receiving any per transaction % of the sale.

I doubt they could ever be profitable just by retrofitting machines with a one-time sub-$10 part - they need recurring revenue streams from an installed base.

My opinion only, of course...
