SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CirTran Corporation (OTCBB: CIRT) today announced a forward split of its common shares, rewarding shareholders with a 20% increase in the number of shares owned.

Iehab J. Hawatmeh, founder, president and CEO of the international full-service contract manufacturer of IT, consumer and consumer electronics products, said CirTran filed a Preliminary Information Statement on Form 14C with the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the forward split after receiving the required approval in a Shareholder Consent Resolution. Mr. Hawatmeh said the split would be for shareholders of record as of a date to be determined when CirTran concludes the filing process with the SEC.

“CirTran is very happy to increase our shareholders’ stock ownership through this 1.2 for 1 forward split,” Mr. Hawatmeh said. “Our shareholders have been patient and loyal, and we believe this forward split will benefit them now and in the future.”

Thanks your time machine works great. I found the above using it no luck in finding any RS. So like I said CIRC doesn't have a RS in its history which makes me think they won't have one in the future but anything can happen. Even a huge share buyback which would reward shareholders who have been loyal which fits with what the company has done for shareholders in the pass as shown above.
