Yeah, I get the 20 day average as a max that I can trade. It does stink but today's volume will raise that average considerably.
The 10K should show nice improvement although it would be only a guess on when they might achieve net profitability. I think the only acquisition is TrinityRx and they are offering up a bunch of shares to limit the amount of cash going out the door. If I remember correctly (always suspect), even the cash going out was well staggered. Whether corporate opens additional clinics or they continue to franchise out the process remains to be seen but I agree that the route chosen will impact the time to net profits.
Regardless, I believe that you and the rest of us who have hung in there for this upcoming year will finally benefit.
