Way undervalued is saying it mildly. GOOOO GERS at this point GERS deserves to be well into the pennies IMVHO

And an unknown amount of non-dilutable shares held by the company, which is worth way more then what is held by the shareholders.
That's why they don't mind this stock running once in a while.

Outstanding shares will be way over 760,391,887 once the new number is out. They just are printing on the hype. That's way better then the shares they printed at 0.0002.

The only thing is, all the money they generate with it is meant for the lawyers and YAGI.

OTC/pink companies release what ever information they want ,
that they believe will help them sell shares.
They disclose un-audited filings, to pinksheets, or, the OTC.
