I'm suprised as well that there has been little if any info on the VA hearing yesterday. I know that there are private boards on Yahoo but no info or cross posting by say Scruffy or NJ

Obviously, HYNIX ruling was very big yesterday; something seems to be going on with the stock now given the way it has turned around.

Cal, I read the post you responded to differently, and to my knowledge there was no substantive, worthwhile info on the VA happenings posted ANYWHERE.

Scruffy made a conclusory post on TMF last nite, but no details have emerged yet.

You'll be appreciated for your posts, whether you attend a hearing and post about it, or simply comment on what others say.

Maybe though you have been too quick to draw a conclusion on this.

Free flow of court info

I'm a bit disappointed that the VA court information isn't flowing freely. Are private groups established just to keep others out of the loop? That's an extremely selfish attitude.

Cal now has second thoughts on the upcoming Free Press. The distribution may be limited to just a couple of people. ;-)

It's really unfortunate it has to come down to this. I would love to share the info from the upcoming trial. But it's a two way street.

Hi Cal, I posted here yesterday about Payne not making a decision. Not sure if you saw the post or not. Wasnt a whole lot of details that were passed along. I don't think people were deliberately keeping the info to themselves. I believe most of the people had a long trip to and from the court so probably couldnt post yesterday. Might see some details in the next few days.

1) The reason for my post is I'm on the road sometimes and I would like to set something up where information can be shared immediately if a critical ruling is made at a court hearing.

2) Exclusion was not any part of my thoughts when I posted this post.

3) I have such a disproportionate holding I purchased a notebook and have mobile internet access. I can monitor the market and can post any knowledge immediately if I KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON with a surge in volume (up or down). AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD DO.

4) Opening access to info is what my post is about. Thank you for your post to clalify this communication.
