Honestly, the time is up today. They need to file within a week and if the deal WAS done last Wednesday, then today is the deadline to file 8K. We get something today or we get a chop in half in price. Either the deal was done or we are a zero.
NATTER The only thing that really matters is what VELA puts in their SEC Filings. George is very good about that as that is how he stays out of trouble. PRs are meaningless as are e-mails, phone calls, drive-bys or visits to their HQ.
Even more meaningless is what Tobin Smith and his NBT say and that is exactly why they got their hand slapped. Actually, FOX News did more than that and fired his butt.
