They way this company operates is they will put out news. The news will be bogus like everything else they put out. Just read the PR's... Not one PR led to anything.
As for the Share structure, when they release not 4th QTR numbers but 1st QTR numbers you will see not 1 million shares outstanding but 10 Million. That is a prediction that will come true. The market is getting wind of the company needing to sell shares and the price will adjust lower over time. Can't have a 5 million Market cap on this stock with nothing. And that is what 50 cents would be. Not happening. MASSIVE DILUTION CONTINUES.
