I believe Prime Focus is to provide $40 million in equipment. It is a partnership with Prime Focus they will be the in house experts and they will make money from projects. MDNT will still be saving a massive amount by doing this. It is a win win for Prime and MDNT.
If you noticed Atlas management still stays on board and we are not sure what they get for still being involved. For Atlas to have a partner like MDNT is huge for them. It s no different then Pinewood building a location in Georgia is it what European companies are having to do to survive.

All is coming together you just have to have the vision to understand it. The news article posted this morning from Feb 24 reveals an awful lot as it spoke very specific MDNT distributing there own films. Now this is awesome in many ways and IMO would not have been achievable without the purchase of Atlas. The reason I say this is because Atlas has all the connections in the distribution world. MDNT only grows stronger every day. The PPS is not growing stronger and if weak hands leave no one cares because it is a long term hold. It will pat off sooner then later IMO but long term it will be massive win IMO. I personally don't care if the company is not issuing PRs everyday. When meaty news is there it will come. There seems to be a lot of unanswered questions but truth is the info is there it seems many are disbelieving past issued PRs of the game plan of MDNT all because the PPS slided and MDNT is behind on studio construction. IMO nothing has really changed in past few months other then a construction project did not start on expected date which is pretty norm.
