It sure does, many top UCSF scientists I know say CRISPR is the real deal and will replace others as far as a platform technology since it is easier and faster.

Q for anyone: Does Crispr make RNAi and zinc-finger platform companies less valuable?

Only Crispr and zinc compete for gene editing and Crispr is considered quicker and easier. RNAi does not change the genome.
