Along those same lines can you even imagine what the PPS would be if VRNG had any stumble beyond the 2 that were out of their control (laches, jury error) and in my mind has cut the PPS in half from where it should be? Is there ANY premium built in for a ZTE settlement right now?..PPS would say no but if ZTE gets a win in any other court, I would guess we drop. As seen with VHC on the Cisco setback, the stock got cut in half although in reality there shouldn't have been much premium built in given where they were in the process. Life I guess in early-stage IP companies. Let's hope they can checkmate ZTE soon and start showing increasing balance sheets by mid-year.
