Do you think the market is happy with someone's touchy- feely , best case scenario opinion or maybe its looking for the actual information from management ???

If it is an incremental deal then ERHC would have disclosed it as such. I am not going to assume things that are not stated in the disclosure. This reminds me way too much of when MANY thought that ERHC was not telling the whole story with the drilling results because they would not say they didn't find oil. The reason they didn't say no oil was found is because none was found. Same thing here. The reason they didn't say well costs were paid for is because no well costs are included in the deal. Disclousre requirements force companies to tell what they got. They do not require them to tell what they didn't get.

People are free to believe what they want as to what drilling costs are paid for. I chose to believe that what was disclosed is what they got and that there is nothing more. I would love to hear differently but I am not counting on it and neither is the market.
