The S1 is the key to Nasdaq to OMX to the Bond to a more realistic valuation

To be honest, no idea if the S1 is the key to all of that. I have not heard Nas how they think about it. It's all assuming right now I guess. And I wouldn't know how the S1 has to do with the bond. Not at all I would say. They can also sell bonds without the S1 right.
