J, I have seen the detailed explanation before, but this is the lite version. lol
Some believe that MM's use share buy signals of specific sizes to communicate. I don't have them to list them for you, but a share buy of 911 is supposed to be an emergency call that they need shares badly if I recall correctly.
Personally in this electronic age, why would they do that with email, instant messengers or heck phone calls? lol
I will say however, if you look at today's trading, there are I believe five buys of 911 shares in last say two hours of trading to include one just after the market closed. That does seem to be more than an coincidence.
Do they use such signals, I don't know, some say yes, some say no.
