All due respect, reading Case 1:13-cv-01777 in the US District Court, District of Colorado, would allow you to "get his side" without having to contact him.

He's got all kinds of gripes and is seeking all kinds of remedies, some of which shareholders I'm sure would find quite severe.

I'd love to link it, but I can't. Pacer registration is free, though, and the cost per page to view/download is just a dime. Bills are emailed quarterly and if you spend less than $15 a quarter they waive all charges.
