I'm certainly critical of things regarding the company but bankruptcy really makes no sense from any logical argument I can think of.
If we can distill it down to just one of many reasons why bankruptcy is not a rational choice right now would be the defense in court of the patent in court against Ironridge. There is substantial value in the IP and the company will always have interest because of this.
About the worst thing I think we could see is the company not be able to execute on anything and have to sell the company short by selling the entire company.
You can add up all the debt the company has ever had and reasonable believe the company IP is worth more than that total amount of debt.
Bankruptcy ain't happenin' and the above is only one reason why it won't.
You think Dr Vic is going to file bankruptcy? Now that is hilarious. Do you realize how much BIG is behind these Patents that the Doc has? Man are you barking up the wrong tree. Gave me a good laugh though. Thanks for that.
