There is no sign of Empire Capital backing off in fact just the opposite, and it would be interesting to know how cashless RTXBQ could fund an expensive trial. I realise it's bad form to spoil the party by mentioning inconvenient little details like these.

RTXB has a pretty strong case... I think the other parties will back off.
