in my opinion ilns is being quiet because they are more lily WAITING FOR THE PROOF OF CONCEPT of all the TESTS (BASED ON THE 10k and 10q)
however we all should look back of the last year event

I suggest everyone to learn what is "ratchet anti-dilution" and why they eliminate! The endless dilution without protection is nightmare to the smaller investors.
