I agree on that he should take advantage of this low pps but at same time he hasn't sold any of his stakes either. A Buyback would do good as well

The Bottom Line is that he has already proven who he is and what he stands for in regards to this company and his shareholders. This has been going on for over a year now and the latest PR is just more of the crap that he has been putting out. He won't buy shares in his own company and he keeps diluting, and if anyone thinks he is done with toxic financing, well his track record indicates otherwise. Also, he just keeps saying he's working on the wholesaler deal, yea right! Probably the reason he won't name the wholesaler is because there probably isn't one. He has brought this discontent upon himself by not being forthcoming with the stockholders and always painting a rosy picture when time proves it was not the case.
