Hey lanob, just to reassure you about this company--it will not be delisted no matter how long the delay is before the financials are filed. Remember that all 5 financials will be filed at the same time and it might take more time than we are anticipating.
We just have to suffer the daily ups and downs of this stock and accept the activity as simply TRADING BY PEOPLE WHO REALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS COMPANY IS DOING AND BY PEOPLE WHO SIMPLY WANT TO MAKE A PROFIT BY SHORTING THIS STOCK AND INSTALL FEAR ON THE EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS!!
If no financials show up by the end of March, mark your calendar by the end of April..........
One more thing, just look at today's trading which right now has reached 234,000 shares as the PPS has gone down. DO NOT BE FOOLED--IF YOU CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHY THIS ACTIVITY IS TAKING PLACE, JUST WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW AND CHECK THE NUMBER OF SHARES THAT WERE SOLD SHORT TODAY, THAT WILL TELL YOU THAT THE SELLERS DID NOT SELL SHARES THAT THEY OWNED BUT SHARES THAT THEY BORROWED!!!
