I think in volume, Intel sells 'em for $100 per, which is pretty cheap for that kind of computing power. Intel's moat is in the fact that its leading edge fabs are essentially paid for by Core/Pentium/Celeron (and soon Atom for phones/tablets), so the server stuff enjoys pretty extreme margins.
No other company playing in servers today can offer that advantage, and I doubt Samsung's micro-server attempts will be a serious problem for Intel (process disadvantage, x86 incumbency, etc.).
