1) THey already had the license before
2) It expired was not revoked due to violation
3) They already cleaned up some issues (tax hold)
4) Statements posted from investigator : Lupe WIley said it would take more time
5) THere is a remediation path in the process if something needs fixed
6) It would have happenned by now if it was something glaring
