Wie sieht es eigentlich mit GW Digital aus ?

Hartcourt Will Acquire GW Digital, an Exclusive Samsung Printer Distributor in Eastern China
The Hartcourt Companies, Inc. (OTC BB: HRCT) (Frankfurt: 900009) has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire GW Digital, a privately held Samsung printer distributor serving the needs of consumers and businesses alike in Eastern China, covering a vast and wealthy region of six provinces and the city of shanghai.

Hartcourt is anticipating a closing date for the transaction in the middle of February 2006. Following the close, GW Digital will operate as a 51% owned, indirect subsidiary of Hartcourt.

Heute ist der 22.! Kann man da schon Mitte Februar sagen ?!

Das ist es halt, große Sprüche und Termine werden eh nicht eingehalten. Bei HRCT hat sich nichts geändert.
