Theoretically, what is to prevent these shysters from acquiring, some other worthless POS, and start this whole delay tactic all over again.
So some schlub woke-up one day in October and said, gee let,s file some financials. Why in the hell was nobody working on this from day one? Nobody asked. Because no one wants to find out, there is no explanation.
We own this POS.
