Third, we talked about Randy Hamdan. He said that FINRA has no issue with him and that just because someone has been sued doesn't mean he didn't anything wrong. I can relate to that personally! Also, he said that if the circumstances were to change, then he would act accordingly.
==== I don't believe that for a sec. There is a huge difference between the lawsuit filed against AB and the one filed by the SEC against Randy Hamdan. AB's was totally bogus and done to silence him from speaking the truth about ATCV - a repeat lawsuit by the very same lawyer who tired to sue an author for the same amount a few years back and the case was dismissed. People litigated by the SEC are not just some frivolous lawsuit - and should never be blown off like that.
