#5381 RE: Tommy John Surgery #5380

I was happy when I made 1k each time it raised a penny.

What will it look like when it goes up 2 bucks in a day. I don't need that kind of money.
I remember when I started after retiring, I was averaging $1,000 a day. That lasted 6 weeks. It was great. Then the GWB crash came. I remember days where I lost 20K, 20% of my life savings in one day. That hurt, and hurt bad. 35 years of savings gone in 1 year. Had 2 scottrade accounts, a 401K and a regular account. The last of my 401K went into the security deposit on my apartment. And I had 450 left in my regular account. That 450 I put into a bid on 1 share of google. It went down to 250 then over time it went to about 600. Then it went into FCX, and basically sat there until I bought a bit of SLTD. Then I divested the last of FCX on ecology concerns. And ended up into SLTD. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
So now I know how to live on about nothing. So $300 or $500 a week is better than having a job!
