I believe they have two A57's and four A53's. I think what Charlie Demerjian was counting was probably some SRAM though it may be the L2 caches.

It's been more than 2 years since the first 20nm test chip - and still no parts have launched. Based on that, 16nm test chips showing up now would imply volume production in mid to late 2016.

Unless they are quicker with 16nm FinFETs than they were with 20nm....
