EXACTLY - and guess which part of his statement is NOT true there?
The part having filed for the last 2 years. He hasn't - as he was hired in March 2012 and that means his first filing could not have happened until one year later - bringing it to March 2013. which is NOT 2 years. and guess what happened exactly one year later - a ton of Chabaan's family memebers filed to sell shares.

the Form 144 filing requirements have already been posted to show you only file a 144 if you have the intent to SELL. You do NOT file them if you have no plans to sell.


This is where it gets dangerous - when you believe EVERYTHING out of the mouth of a pinksheet nonreporting unaudited company and spread it all over the boards.
