Many are already unrestricted. They don't automatically hit the market, someone has to actually sell some first and those that bought private placement shares know a lot more than you do.
Most are already available. No one on the inside is going to sell this. Should be an obvious sign but you can hit some people in the face with obvious and they still slap 30k on the ask
