Phase2B following Phase2A would most likely retain IL-12 and add anti-PD-1. Safety is now proven with IL-12 so not very likely they would change IL-12 for an unknown IL-XX. Anti-PD-1 safety is already proven with Merck Clinical Trials led by Dr. Pierce.
