IMO, That is incorrect. You post your beliefs and interpretations of the information provided (which you are entitled to). However we should not attempt to discredit those with a different interpretations of that same information. I believe that only certain aspects of the acquisition are yet to be completed, but the acquisition of the actual facility has been made(stated in the 2/24/14 PR). This is my opinion. That is how I perceive those facts.
