the only reason to be positive after a reverse split is if Frank released financials before the r/s, was completely honest about the direction of the company, issued subscription #'s, independant audit and filed to the SEC. and reversed enough to try to get off pinks. Then its a good buy.
Only problem is that it's easier to win powerball then for Frank to be honest.
