I did just a few minutes ago, after sitting on hold for 3 mins, got through to the electronics dept, asked salesman when would the nuvola np 1's be ready for sale, his response quote " np what ?"

someone call best buy and ask when they expect to have the np1 already.

Gosh, that's three months ago. But in the intervening time, several posters have contacted Best Buy, including the Minnesota HQ, and nobody has ever heard of the mythical NP-1 unicorn nor any "testing" of it.

Maybe everybody just called the wrong Best Buy people.

Who SHOULD they contact to verify this rumor?
