I may be Wrong , but that filing is required for 10% and Greater than 10%..!!..Does not have to be exactly 10%

Simple there are more share than 79 Million.

Additionally this is on the PND list

More than 10% owner, Blankenbaker is 40% owner with that fund. Well, he and his group.

This is how I see it:

The reason for the update is because the Blankenbaker fund got 10M extra shares.

Those shares were previously issued to ICI Mutual two weeks ago in exchange for cash.

The bad side, total shares is 90M, not 80M as still shows in the header. This is old news (2 weeks) and was announced even before.

The bright side. 40% of the shares are in a fund controlled by the director. This is like an insider purchase and I consider it great news.
