He told him he increased it "just to be safe" and that "there are no new conversions"...he filled for it last week probably before the run so he was figuring the price was in the low trips... this is definitely bad news for the short term but changes nothing in the long run we are pretty much done with toxic debt and will still move up...this was all panic selling by retail.
