Correct me if im wrong, but i thought they wouldnt be able to release a PR about "business deals" unless the lawers wrapped things up with the litigation?

I Think it's Clear, SJ Will Be Granted In GERS Favor on Some if Not All the Issues.

If not all, then I believe there's a 95% chance it will settle before trial. The infringers know very well that jury's always award much more money.

As you read, the defendants didn't even address the issues. Instead, they attacked the judge, again! Failing to respond to the issues at hand is an automatic win for GERS, IMO.
