Hey smd,

Barring the resignation of Mr. Appleton, believe there is no chance of a settlement with Micron in the next 12 months.

This guy will risk going down in flames expecting to pull up at the very last minute, assuming Mr. Hughes will allow him to pull up. My bet is he crashes and burns, but does not take Micron down with him.

Just my opinion.
