Sombody mentioned that buying NAK would be buying like into FUTURE COURTS BATTLE in a sence because the added value if NAK is denied the right to MINE with good science safely their claims that it would entail an aggressive Court Case with the State of AK & the E.~at P.~uke A.~lways groupe. It would yield a WHOPPER per share with a win. But at what price and the wait for settlement,well, would drive me plum CRAZY!
