Yes, WAFR needs to raise some funds; the good part is they are not using toxic financing to do that.
Following their 20(?) years history, from the time they were doing quite well, IMO, this company will recover nicely, and one can predict that the near past sub-mediocre performance will become just a sad chapter in their history. Chances for a turn around here are much, much better than that of a typical triple zero stock, and that's a given.
