Unlikely. Class action or any sort of lawsuits are filed against companies with deep pockets, not ones close to bankrupty.
Lawyers won't work for low upfront fees unless they see a chance of getting a good cut of a big settlement.
If QTN ever becomes the target of a lawsuit, it will be worth a hell of a lot more money than it is now, which would probably bring up the pps, and then there would be no need for a lawsuit....
