TR, I am of the opinion that a company with 1 product (and nothing in development, that we are aware of), very little human or capital assets, and maybe $1 million a year coming in with 3 sales a quarter does not merit a P/E ratio of 20:1.

TR - I think it will be a transitional process into your kind of thinking. There is no stability in FASC--and the investment world will be wondering whether this is just "a one time fluke" or not--when the first sale is announced. It will not be until Brian starts taking over your role for us that stability and full PE value will start to develop. There will be many entry points into FASC--but expect a roller coaster ride initially as short term minded investors and/or quick profit thinkers get their day in court.

Take a look at FASC this morning. Someone has an order in at .017 with an ask of .02--and 1200 share volume. The bid, I expect will move back down to the .0132 it opened the day with. I see the .02 sellers getting a little nervous as they see there is no follow through in Friday's buying. Time to wait, in my opinion, and we should shortly be back in the .013 to .015 area or thereabouts. Dave
