I got my ZFRI(project flex) spinoff shares months ago and there is still NO value assigned to them and they are still untradeable.(restricted)

The pps could rise if those shares ever become tradeable!! But its been months and not even an update to whats happening with that. So don't buy because they pump about a "spinoff" until you know the first one is worth anything.
