I agree. It is difficult to get info from the SOS of California. They give an entity # and an agent name. But, if you read what they will provide via an info request, much of what we would like to know is confidential.
For instance: Who owns Brightstone Estate Properties? Can't find an answer to that, other than Dante Cubillas is the president of the firm.
Who owns Green Cures? Don't know. Only info I can find is that Jullio Cubillas is the Trademark administrator for the Green Cures Trademark request.
Who owns the building that houses both Brightstone and Green Cures? That I may be able to find out if California has property records that they will make public. Don't know if it would be worth the effort or pertinent to what is germane to this deal. Might be something I will look into for curiosities sake.
I suppose that we all will have to wait until the deal is announced and the principals are named. Curiosity is a good thing. But, I often find that curious relationships are not necessarily nefarious. Many doers remain anonymous for reasons of their own and use front men for principals in companies that they own or fund. Maybe they don't want IHUBBERS digging into their private or business lives or calling and bothering them. LOL!!
With the minimal info at hand, each of us can find negatives or positives. Depends on what we are looking for.
All I can add at present is what the Monkey said when his tail got cut off. "It won't be long now!!" LOL! I'm hoping anyway.
