I'm sure there are a number of critical things that if gotten wrong the first time would require much more time to go back and fix. Therefore, it's important to get them right the first time. Better to spend extra time now getting it right that a lot more time later ripping things out to correct a mistake that more care would have avoided.
My impression is that this is not a simple replication of existing pharma plants but that there is a lot unique to making nanoviricides.
