#83271 RE: Rawnoc #83260

Not rats, mice. Not humanoid, humanized, whether genetically, chemically or otherwise.

Really, really hard to take posts seriously when they are so dismissive of established science and devoid of any accuracy in an effort to be as obtuse as possible.

The mouse model in preclinical work very closely parallels and aligns with human clinical trial outcomes. The problem comes into play where immune response interacts with a drug. Such responses always show up in mouse studies, always. This is especially true when dealing with toxic or immunogenic materials where the escalation in mice tries to find that point at which a drug is less destructive than it is beneficial. Small differences between mouse outcomes and human outcomes can mean the difference between clinical success and failure. NNVC has already tested and reported FluCide safe and showing no immunal response at and beyond the maximum feasible dose.

That may fact mean nothing to you, but it does mean something in the world of science as opposed to the world of science denial.
