Just even following exactly what we know about the shares issued to past execs, and subsequently what was forfeited, etc, not to mention Nick bringing the A/S down by BILLIONS (which, we're now supposed to believe the shares trading are more than the A/S, just like we were supposed to believe Ray would also end up converting more than the whole A/S...whoops), and NICK HIMSELF trading in 100 million shares, not to mention documented buybacks, the fact insider trades would be well documented with the SEC, and how upfront and forthright Nick has been with EVERY SHARE AND STRUCTURE CHANGE THEYVE FOUND, it actually flies in the face of ANY logic to entertain even a second of that garbage. If the chill is in question and why in their FIRST YEAR BACK it didn't just go poof and go away, especially when we actually know why, and why they made the decision to prioritize their time with business dealings, and let that work itself out, it's really a waste of a long conversation. Lol, and no, none of it leads to this false 'because there's billions of shares out there' nonsense. Not even close.
