Hari I'm not sure what's going on with this company either way.
I like the science and understand if you destroy the viruses protein coat it can't survive. Toxicology won't be an issue with the substances use in other approved drugs and the efficacy in animal tests are extremely promising.
It clearly a hit piece written by a short seller attempting to influence people to sell there shares immediately. At the same time if there is any truth to the claim that...going off memory, "these are the most egregious shareholder violations of a reverse merger of any NYSE company"...that's scary stuff.
