He could have held a conference immediately, but delaying until Thursday allows the inevitable decline back to $0.0001 to be delayed amid the fluff PR's and share dumping by those stuck at no bid for so long. I'm guessing the CEO will not give much guidance on how they will fund current operations. They are almost flat broke.
