Michael Metter did not plead guilty to Securities fraud, that is false. He got away with $100 fine for lying about his compensation. Steve pleaded guilty to Securities fraud but that means a whole gamut of things. His pleadings are sealed. So no one but himself and the DOJ/SEC know what the specifics are.
Not to mention that Mosko was wearing a wire tap and working for the SEC to trap Metters. That's why the records are sealed. They don't want the public to know what deal they made with Mosko in their attempt to destroy the company. Success would of resulted in a major breakout, and those Wall Street firms that were betting on its demise couldn't have it played out that way. But the truth always has a way of surfacing... it always does.
