So Kavdiv, if you agree with Joe (guessing that's what you are inferring to when you say he wrote a sensible post) I assume you too believe Nasdaq is dead. So that begs the question what does the SEC and Nasdaq know that we don't. Can it be that obvious with all their disclosures that we still can't see it. How about you RD, what do you think the major issue has been all along re. Penser, SEC and Nasdaq. Has anyone asked Peter or would he divulge this if you ask.
